Just a place for Jenn and I to post the random arts and crafts we make. I need a new camera so I can take some photos of our vinyl toys we have worked on.

Getting pretty excited about hanging out with my friend Jenn this weekend, she is going to be in Houston doing an art installation and I have not seen her since I was in NYC on tour last Summer. My girlfriend and I are going to be driving down tomorrow night so hopefully my poor little Honda will make it okay, low profile tires do not provide the best grip on iced over roads. I have been learning everything I can about making MIDI controllers with the idea of making a durable hands on control system for one of my AKAI samplers.. something that can get beat up a little bit. I have been listening to more and more Industrial and Power Electronics lately, I guess that can be a good thing or possibly just a sign that I am about to go off the deep end, who knows.

very exciting future collaboration

I have been talking to the amazingly talented Nicole Arendt via email about the  possibility of collaborating in the future. She had a great video installation
at the art show that Ascites was a part of at Corinth Park here in Dallas and I thought that it would be really cool to combine forces with her and mix her work
with some experimental recordings. There is no definitive date and we are working on the general concept and execution of such a project(plus we are both very busy
with current projects) but I am looking forward to this. Please check out her website to see her work, she does sculpture, photography and video and is very
